Envy and Jealousy
We also have emotions that have been taught to us, and their expressed counterparts, these are;
Guilt and Conscience
Shame and Sexuality
Hate and Compassion
Anxiety and Peace
Being an emotional explorer brings with it the courage to feel through our emotions towards wholeness.
