A spiritual solution to healing and understanding mental illness
What I share on this website is what worked for me, and I am here to help others to walk their own path by sharing what I have learned that works. There’s specific practices that people can do to create mental health, and there’s also more far-reaching practices that people can do to create health and wholeness. What I share is what worked for me, and I hope it will help you to move to where you want to be, too.
I’m seeking to help others now that I feel I have completed my own journey towards wholeness. I share a lot of what I have done that got me there on this website. This is what I did to heal mental illness. This is the path that I’m sharing with you now.
I’m still learning a lot each day about how to move towards wholeness, and what works, and I’ve spent many years trying different practices, one after another, to be able to create a pathway people can follow to become whole within themselves.
This is not a better way to heal mental illness, this is simply another way.
We have a gift to share with the world, one in which we can become our greatest selves. What I do is to help those who have been through schizophrenia, schizo-affective disorder, bi-polar, anxiety and depression and psychosis, and help them to seek a pathway they can follow, to guide them towards wholeness, and fulfilling their life purpose.
Gathering from more than 10 years of personal and inner experience on how to heal mental illness, and how to integrate yourself into empowerment, I have found the most effective and deeply healing practices that helped me transform into a healthy human being. I am not a professional, everything I have done has come from experience. I learnt a lot along the journey from being a drug addicted schizophrenic, with depression, anxiety, OCD, multiple psychotic episodes, schizo-affective disorder, and PTSD, and have found a path that not only helped me to heal, but brought me towards where I am today, which is the person I always envisioned myself to be in the grandest version of who I am.
