Asking For Help

Asking for help may be something that we need to do consciously. Sometimes asking for help can be a hard thing to do. This may be because we don’t feel that we are worthy of being helped. We may think that we can just get through it on our own, no matter what we are going through.

Though, asking for help can sometimes be the very thing we need to move forward, and to heal.

I’ve found, from my own experience, that asking for help, and reaching out, always makes things better for me. If you are going through a difficult time, try reaching out to someone you trust. It can actually be life changing to do this! It can change the trajectory of where you are, both within your own experience, and with the other people involved.

Asking for help may be the very thing that you need to do to move forward. Including those in your life that can help you move through something can be a very rewarding experience. You will need to connect to that person, and let them help you. And you are worthy of this!

Don’t be afraid to reach out, whether you are afraid of what people may think, or you don’t feel that anyone can help you, just try it to see how it goes. And always reach out to someone you trust, that is very important. Something that may be good to do is to write a list of people that you trust who you can reach out to. Then you have a list of people you can go to if needed.

Sometimes reaching out can deepen and strengthen relationships too. This is important, because your community is your strength. Being able to reach out to people, and to share honestly what you are going through, can help you move into more integrity in your relationships. You are getting your needs met, which is one of the greatest reasons to reach out.

If you are not getting your needs met in any area of life, then make sure you have the support to be able to put into place things which can help you to meet your needs. This is also very important, and using your community will be your benefit here.

This is a call to invite people into your experience. Let people in, and let them help you. There are many people who love being in a position of support, and there are many people who are kind and caring, and will help you if you simply ask.
